The staff was fantastic friendly plus the location was amazing. The hotel itself was in a beautiful area. The restaurant here was exceptional for dinner, we both ordered fresh dishes. We appreciated the view on inner courtyard.

It's a superb base for staying in Siena. Great restaurant with delicate food. - the staff at this hotel are amazing.

The location and the decoration and the management

The hotel was romantic, had magnificent views and marvellous location not far from restaurants and a tour of nearby Siena as well as Transportation as well as Italy for 23 days. Huge and unique room, it included a mini bar, climate control and a personal safe. Truly enjoyed amazing breakfast and exceptionally comfortable bed. I came here for 2 nights and had a really nice stay.

The staff was really healpfull, the bedroom was cosy and confortable and the terrace and swimming pool were great places to spend the afternoon and relax.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I believe could be improved is the breakfast. Although it has a good assortment of items, for my taste it lacks healthy choices such as whole grain cereals and bread, sugar free juices and low fat yougurt and milk.

An amazing hotel in an amazing location. The staff was truly hospitable and kind. The food very special and gourmet. It was our 2years wedding anniversary and I cannot think of a better place to have chosen!

The pool area was nice. The location was super, a short walk to Piazza del Campo and beautiful Tuscany. The breakfast offered was good and excellent with fresh coffee. Seating options provided both indoors and fresh farm food.

Beautiful place, great food, very silent and relaxing.

The staff is not that nice. You would expect that in such a fine hotel they would be more polite. After a great dinner at the hotel restaurant Il Canto, we ordered another glass of wine at the hotel library, and first the waiter served us around 30ml of wine (of which we never new the name-producer) and after that the waiter refused to bring us more wine and asked us to leave the nice library of the hotel because he had to lock it. And it was around 11 pm! nevertheless it is a great hotel. They should bemore careful about the staff.

The place and enviroment is really wonderful.
